We have new Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay to feast on and this time the Night City Wire showcase was all about those sick rides. From high-speed ultra-futuristic cars to a tricked-out 1977 Porsche – even giant heaps of garbage to drive – Cyberpunk 2077 really takes a look at that ‘fast-moving’ lifestyle. Night City Wire episode four is now a movie and it showed the different classes of vehicles players can use to take control of the criminal underground. CD Projekt RED has mentioned on several occasions in the past that driving in Cyberpunk 2077 will be “different” than what fans of driving games might expect. The on-road experience is also highly customizable from the different speeds to the various characteristics seen in each journey. While the junks pieces are cool and all, let’s talk about this Porsche. “Johnny is a legend in the Cyberpunk universe. Thinking about the type of car he would drive on the streets of Night City, we knew it should be a car as legendary as him. With Johnny’s story in mind and being huge Porsche fans ourselves, the answer could only be the classic 911 Turbo, ”said Paweł Mielniczuk, Artistic Director of Characters, Weapons and Vehicles. As for what the drive will be like and how accessible it will be, the studio has confirmed that players will be able to summon their vehicles the same way they summoned Roach in The Witcher 3. Just … no cars on. the roof, please. Cyberpunk 2077 is coming November 19, along with Google Stadia.
