The game was announced just days after PUBG Mobile was banned in India, and as a result, this game was seen as a potential replacement for the latter. According to the Indian Express, Vishal Gondal, co-founder of nCore Games who is the developer of FAUG commented on this comparison. “It is believed that Indian game developers cannot produce good quality games, at nCore we want to prove that mindset is wrong and bring out games that can compete with international games,” said Gondal. “Our team of developers are highly skilled and able to develop games as good as PUBG or any international game.” The teaser does not reveal any final date that can confirm the launch of FAU-G but the publication of a trailer indicates a potential launch of this game during the next month of November. Indian gamers can enjoy a house game that could be more of a story-based game than a battle royale like PUBG Mobile.
