Chiefs Esports Club to host L’Oréal Valorant Invitational – Esports Insider

Australian esports organizations Chiefs Esports Club have announced the launch of the Oceania-based VALORANT tournament, L’Oréal Men Expert Invitational. The tournament will see eight of the region’s top VALORANT teams compete against each other over three days, with an AU $ 10,000 (~ £ 5,480) prize pool and five gaming PCs up for grabs. The two groups will face off in a round robin format on day one, with the top two from each group moving to a double elimination knockout format. The tournament’s main stream will be broadcast via Go Next Media’s Josh ‘Swifty’ Swift, with community players able to broadcast side streams to cover all matches. Commenting on the tournament, Nick Bobir, CEO of The Chiefs, said the organization “has been wanting to host a VALORING event for months now and is excited to finally unveil our efforts. “Continue our commitment to the community events that we have put in place with the Men Expert Warzone Challenge tournaments; we decided this was a great way to support a new eSport title and in particular one that we hope to be more directly involved in soon.
