Among Us ‘Eris Loris’ Hack Kicks Players Out Of Games With Threatening Message

[ad_1]

There are few people on the internet who haven’t heard of “Among Us” – the latest trend of 2020. The murder mystery game of stealth and deception has managed to gain insane popularity over the past few months, thanks to a few big streamers who took over the game towards the end of July. The popularity of the game has grown so much that US MP Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez decided to broadcast Among Us in an effort to educate young people about the importance of voting. However, Among Us being a casual game doesn’t necessarily mean it is free from cheaters and hackers. Due to the fact that the game does not have a decent anti-cheat system, some players often resort to cheating to get free winnings and ruin the game for other players. Eric Loris is one such player, who has found a way to start all existing players in an out-of-game lobby while sending them a slightly threatening message. The issue went viral on Reddit recently. “If you come across a player named Eris Loris in Among Us, ban him immediately,” says Reddit user u / HereticStream. “I was just in a game with them and they forced everyone in the lobby to text this message and it immediately disconnected everyone. This is their YouTube channel with proof that they wrote the hack. ”Although Redditor is not sure whether the hack is spreading to other computers, it recommends a full uninstall and reinstallation of Among Us to clear the problem.
